Farmer’s Mac

My friend Becca made this delicious macaroni and cheese for me last night, so I just had to try it out myself! It’s a marriage between classic mac n’ cheese and fettuccine alfredo.   It’s super simple too!

1 box of elbow macaroni

8oz Farmer’s cheese (shredded)

2 tablespoons butter

1 can cream of mushroom soup

splash of milk

garlic and assorted spices

Cook the pasta al dente and drain. Keeping stove on low heat add butter, cheese, soup and milk. I added salt, pepper, garlic and an assortment of spices from my cabinet. Mostly the ones in front that I could reach, so just throw some stuff in until it tastes good, you can’t really go wrong.  Top with Parmesan and enjoy!
