When I have a long lazy afternoon I like to watch a movie and do something fun to my nails. Last weekend I painted these fun purple shades while watching Jolene, which I highly recommend.
Start with a medium shade of lavender, I used Ulta in Tutu Cute. Make sure this coat is completely dry first. I usually paint the base color the day before. Tape off your nails covering the part that will stay lavender.
For the darker shade I used love & beauty in Purple and love & beauty in Bubble Gum for the lighter shade. Let dry completely before removing tape. Finish with a clear top coat.
